Welcome to Primolane Limousine. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our premium chauffeur and limousine services in Singapore. By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any services provided by Primolane Limousine ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Client," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Services Offered

Primolane Limousine provides premium chauffeur and limousine services in Singapore, including but not limited to:

  • Airport Transfer Services — Luxury transportation to and from Singapore Changi Airport and Seletar Airport
  • City Transfer — Point-to-point transportation within Singapore
  • Hourly Booking — Chauffeur services booked by the hour for business, events, or leisure
  • Corporate Services — Dedicated transportation solutions for businesses and executives
  • Event Transportation — Wedding, gala, and special occasion chauffeur services

All services are subject to vehicle availability and are provided at our discretion based on operational capacity.

Booking & Reservations

3.1Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed via our official channels: telephone (+65 8899 8186), WhatsApp, email ([email protected]), or our website. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Primolane Limousine.

3.2Advance Booking

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3.3Booking Information

Clients must provide accurate pickup location, destination, date, time, number of passengers, and any special requirements at the time of booking. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in service delays or cancellations.

3.4Flight Information

For airport transfers, clients must provide flight details (airline, flight number, and arrival/departure time). Our team monitors flight statuses to adjust pickup times accordingly.

3.5On-Demand Requests

For all on-demand booking requests, please allow a minimum of 1.5 hours for us to assign a driver and prepare the vehicle. Immediate bookings may not always be possible and are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. An on-demand charge of SGD 10 per trip applies to last-minute bookings.

Pricing & Payment

4.1Quotations

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing will be confirmed upon booking confirmation.

4.2Surcharges & Additional Fees

The following surcharges and additional fees apply:

  • Midnight Surcharge (2300hrs to 0659hrs): SGD 15 base charge
  • Midnight Hourly Surcharge (Disposal Service Only): SGD 15 per hour
  • Additional Waiting Time: SGD 15 per 15-minute block
  • Additional Pickup/Dropoff (within 5km): SGD 15
  • Additional Pickup/Dropoff (above 5km): SGD 20
  • Additional Pickup/Dropoff (above 10km): 1x Transfer fare
  • Child Seat: SGD 15 per seat
  • On-Demand Request: SGD 10 per trip
  • Hourly Disposal Time Extension: Excess of 15 minutes will add another full hour to the total time
  • Toll fees, ERP charges, and parking fees (as incurred)
  • Peak period and public holiday surcharges (as applicable)

4.3Payment Methods

We accept payment via cash, major credit cards, bank transfer, and corporate accounts. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on the service type.

Waiting Time Policy

We provide complimentary grace periods for all services. After the grace period, additional waiting time charges will apply.

5.1Grace Periods

The following complimentary waiting times are provided:

  • Airport Transfer (Arrival): 60 minutes from actual flight landing time
  • Airport Transfer (Departure): 15 minutes from scheduled pickup time
  • All other services: 15 minutes from scheduled pickup time

5.2Additional Waiting Time Charges

After the initial grace period expires, chargeable waiting time applies in increments of 15 minutes, priced at SGD 15 per block. Please note that once the second block of waiting time begins, the service will be converted to a minimum 2-hour disposal service, and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

5.3Notification

Our chauffeur will notify you when the grace period is approaching expiration. Clients are responsible for all waiting time charges incurred beyond the complimentary period.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

6.1Cancellation by Client

The following cancellation and refund terms apply based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled service commencement:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time
  • Partial (50%) Refund: Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before pickup
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time
  • No Show: Clients who fail to show up without prior notification will be charged the full fare with no refund

6.2Cancellation by Primolane

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative vehicle, reschedule the service, or provide a full refund.

6.3Modifications

Booking modifications are subject to availability. Changes to pickup time, location, or service type should be communicated at least 6 hours before the scheduled service.

Passenger Conduct

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all, passengers must adhere to the following:

  • Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles
  • Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during transit
  • Any form of illegal activity is prohibited
  • Passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs with respect
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult and appropriate child seats must be arranged in advance

We reserve the right to terminate a service without refund if passenger conduct endangers the safety of the chauffeur, vehicle, or other road users.

Luggage & Personal Belongings

8.1Luggage Capacity

Each vehicle has specific luggage capacity limits. Please inform us of your luggage requirements at the time of booking to ensure appropriate vehicle selection.

8.2Lost Items

Primolane Limousine is not responsible for items left in our vehicles. However, we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items. A handling fee may apply for the return of lost property.

8.3Prohibited Items

Hazardous materials, illegal substances, and items that may damage the vehicle or pose a risk to safety are strictly prohibited.

Liability & Insurance

9.1Insurance Coverage

All our vehicles are comprehensively insured in accordance with Singapore law. Passengers are covered under our motor vehicle insurance policy during transit.

9.2Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide punctual and reliable service, Primolane Limousine shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for that specific booking.

9.3Vehicle Damage

Clients shall be responsible for any damage to the vehicle interior caused by them or their guests during the service period. Cleaning fees will apply for soiling of the vehicle.

Force Majeure

Primolane Limousine shall not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, pandemics, severe weather conditions, or any other force majeure events.

Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. Information collected during booking and service delivery is used solely for providing our services and improving customer experience. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms

Primolane Limousine reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
